| 7:05 pm | Cosplay helps? Sooooo~o went off to storage and I got naruto out and gintoki. Gintoki's kimono is currently in the wash cause something got on it D: warg... Naruto and parts of gintoki are in the dryer from spot cleaning. But this is what I am missing: - Naruto head band! I dunno where the bag of extra bits is..anyone still have an extra konoha headband I can barrow??? - Short white wig. I am gonna do gintoki at some point and yeaaaaaaaaaaah can't use my actual hair this time around....OPPS! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! now back to finishing stuff and styling wigs Current Mood:  busy |

| 9:48 am | My feelings on Prop 8, The short and The skinny... This is a civil rights issue, nothing to do with religion. This is soemthing to do with STATE LAWS. Remember right now we HAVE this right and the world hasn't combusted and the last I checked Churches/Temples/etc. of all kinds are still doing their thing... This was all spurred by listening to an interview with mayor Gavin Newsom on a local radio station here. Its a great interview, I've posted a link to the podcast DL for it. The rest of my thoughts on prop 8 are behind the cut. ( My thoughts on Prop 8 and its serious buisness ) Video gets no cut thought.... if you want to hear the Gavin Newsom interview and you have Itunes. In the main stream media we are being out done. Think of how many YES on prop 8 commercials do you see in one day? Then think of how many No on prop 8? Its grossly tipped. There needs to be more done in main stream media and just even in your neighborhoods to put out the word that if prop 8 wins. Its takeing AWAY rights of people. Think about that, its takeing rights away. Something that be it for any other group of peoples would be inconcivable....anywhere. | 9:31 pm | Small break~ Woooo~o takeing a small break between sewing, cleaning kitchen for mom..and now shower times~ Also earlier tried re-installing the modem drivers for my computer...still no go...soooooo looks like sometime after A-kon its time to buy a new ethernet card..since that seems to be the only solution. Laaaame~ But..WE HAVE PROGRESS! If I keep sewing till maybe 11-midnight ish..I might have over bit for masq costume done!!! *crosses fingers and hopes I don't jinx myself.* yooooooooosh~ Chippin away at the list o' things. | 9:48 am | Why not? Wooo~o truck is back at the shop. The rearview mirror inside the cab came off..sometime between when i parked it at work yesterday and left work yesterday. Got a little fix it kit thing. Only to be thwarted by the dumb ass little metal tab that your supposed to pull out of the back of the mirror. One hour, lots of swearing and potental gougeing/scrapeing/general hurt to my hands later. I gave up. Sooo~o at lunch I will get truck back with mirror fixed. Daly City is looking to buy the cowpalace so they can knock it down and build a mall and condo's This would probably mean the end of the dickens faire and many other events. But THE BOXES CONTINUE! next is figureing out what goes in storage and what needs to stay at the house cause a. its open, b. its something we need soon. c. sewing crap. But even that will need to be parred down. Today is load one! Yaaay half days. Also need to get through the boxes in my room cause I need clothes like whoah. Till we a. find the cable or b. get one. | 11:21 pm | Calling it out again! Looking For a Roomate~!!! So as life rolls on it looks like I am again in need of a roomate. If your looking for a place to move or know of someone please let them know for me! Here are the specs. In Hayward, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Duplex with Garage. Rent and utlities are split (elect,internet,etc.) You would get your own room. (saddly no pets) The extra room has a GIANT closet and a good amount of space. $$$- Rent: $560/mo Utlities:$100/mo (for all) *Extra specs: right inbetween 580 and 880 freeways, 5min or less drive from Hayward bart station, lots of stores, groceries, etc. close by. If your voucing for someone-they need to be clean, able to pay bills, and sane (no drama llama's please!) So here is to putting my feelers out! If you guys can keep your eyes and ears open that would be awsome! Current Mood: busy |

| 6:01 pm | Moveing like action maybe...roomate? anyone? Wooo~o doing my last ditch effort like thing. I am in possible need of a roomate! My ideal is I am looking for someone to move in with me. So if you or anyone you know is looking. Put the word out for me!!! If i got nothing by the middle of the month I am gonna have to move myself as I cannot afford this place on my own. (if I could it would be awosme) Here is the stats: 2bed 1.5 bath condo kinda deal with a garage. Full kitchen with livingroom/dining room. lots of colosets and storage. Lost of parking in front of the house and on the street.Is right on the line between castro valley and hayward. 3min to 580, 5min to 880 and one exit away from san mateo bridge/92. Also is a 5min drive to the A street Bart station. Close to lots of stores (and a joannes! ;D ) Rent wise I am more then willing to pay a bit more as I have the larger bedroom. (rent would be at $625/$525 split. With utilites split 50/50 ) both bedrooms are cable internet ready. If your suggesting someone you know.
